About Us
Uberoi Trade is an established trading house operating in the regions of sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East and Asia.

In addition to a legacy of business in India, we have an established presence in eastern Africa for over 40 years and ongoing business in southern and west Africa. The Uberoi family business originates as a 3^rd generation OEM of automobile sector components with manufacturing and assembly in Ghana, Kenya, South Africa and India. For over 40 years we have been active in automotive ancillaries manufacture as OEMs and aftermarket appointed agents for the likes of Bosch, Hella and Dayco. Further, our trade relations with China are established with monthly imports of ancillaries from China into Africa.

The family has various business interests in the hotel industry in the UK, Kenya and India.

Beyond our activity in the automotive ancillaries business and our traction as hoteliers, Uberoi Trade was specifically established to focus on fuel and other commodities trading for the African, Middle East and Asian markets. Our supply and partner network is far reaching with leading producers with significant and reliable production of key fuels and commodities.

Our edible oils sourcing channels are robust, and we have developed a customer base across food manufacturing, food services and personal care sectors. Combined with our risk management expertise we manage supply and risk for customers across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Our portfolio includes palm, soybean and sunflower oils.

Our rice origination partner teams are active across India, Thailand, Vietnam among others. Focused on sourcing the best quality rice, we work with secure counter parties, and offer flexible contracting and strong logistics to buyers in developing markets.
